World Photography Day with Zorah Booley Samaai

Tomorrow is World Photography Day! We’ve got food photographer and cookbook author Zorah Booley Samaai, or Inthemidnightkitchen, with us who is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to stepping up your photography game.
In the kitchen, our resident chefs bring us three beautiful dishes.  To start off, Chef Jay shows us how to make a country style Pea and Parmesan Pasta. This recipe is quick, easy, and rather photogenic! Top tip: It is important to cook the pasta to al dente because it will continue to cook once added back into the pan.
Do you like cakes but want a savoury option for a change? Then you will love our Clover Beetroot Cheesecake! This cheesecake recipe is a cheeky take on a cheese platter. Use any savoury crackers for the base but choose something with a flavour that will complement the beetroot such as cheese, onion or mixed herbs.
The last recipe was inspired by a mocha latte that Zorah shared on her Instagram a while ago. This hot drink is the Ultimate Coffee & Chocolate Latte, made with Clover Super M. The coffee foam is the star of this recipe. It makes for a great topping for this latte using only a few ingredients from your pantry.
