This Tuesday we are heading out to Maboneng for a Traditional African Cook-a-long that has a modern day twist, with the praised Chef Mbombi.
On the menu, expect some meaty Ox Liver with Bacon and Jalapeno, followed by some Peri Peri Chicken Necks. Chef Mbombi will also be whipping up some Boerewors Stew and Chicken Gizzards and Hearts.
