Master Bread Maker Francois Zietsman from The Bread Bar Bakery joins us in the loft for a sweet and savoury bake-a-long.

 
In today’s kitchen, we will be learning the art of making the perfect Basic Bread, from chocolate sticks, to baguettes and even flatbreads.
 
Our second recipe for today will be the classic Brioche bread before we end off with delicious Cinnamon Buns with Figs and Clover Classic Custard. All the recipes are available on our recipe portal at https://afternoonexpress.co.za/recipes.php
