September means both the start of spring and Heritage Month!
Our chefs are ushering in spring with two fruity desserts. The first being a delicious Strawberries and Cream Victoria Sponge Cake. This light and fluffy cake pairs well with delicate fillings such as whipped cream, but could also be filled with a buttercream.
If you love tart and sweet flavours, our Granadilla & Rose Panna Cotta is for you. Pro tip: Add the rose water at the end, because it becomes less potent when you heat it up.
