Seafood Cook-along with Julie Carter

Sustainable seafood is more than just about how fish are caught and how many are caught, it is also about how seafood is traded. That is why we’re connecting with Fishmonger and Owner of Ocean Jewels, Julie Carter, who has made a name for herself in the fishing industry by selling the best fishcakes in Cape Town. She joined us to discuss her journey with sustainable fishing before she joins us for a fish masterclass.
 
Sit back and relax as we learn how to make delicious Fish Cakes with McCain Skin On Sea Salt & Black Pepper Flavoured Crispy Oven Chips, followed by a mouth-watering Whole fish with Green Pesto and Garlic and Lemon Butter.
 
Stay tuned as we whip us some Fried Fish Wraps that we will be serving with a creamy Clover Bliss Double Cream Plain Yoghurt coleslaw before we end off on a sweet note with Caramel Dumplings, made with the ever-flavourful taste of Clover Good Hope Soy Milk.
