Today we’re focusing on those small savoury bites that we all like to nibble on at parties. Foodie, content creator, and contestant on the latest season of Taste Master SA, Tahila Pillay, joins us in the kitchen.

Our first recipe is Mini-steak Bites with a 1000 Island Sauce, filled with asparagus and grilled to perfection. Our chefs added some lemon juice in the marinade which tenderizes the meat.
Tahila Pillay shows us exactly how to make her deep-fried Three Cheese Arancini Balls that are perfectly crunchy on the outside and cheesy on the inside. Pro tip: allow the arancini’s to rest in the fridge before frying. This will help them keep their shape when cooking.
