For dessert, Rowan Hackley, a Collaborator at Studio H, and JC show us how to make Oblietjies! These paper thin, round, sweet-wine-and-dried-naartjie-peel-flavoured wafers are traditionally baked in an iron pan called an oblie-yster. Pro tip: if you don’t have an oblie-yster, you can use the bottom of two regular pans to place on top of each other to press the oblietjie and cook it.
