Plant Forward Menu with Rhyma

Plant Forward Menu with Rhyma

Thursday 15 December

There are so many benefits of eating vegetarian food. That’s why today’s masterclass focuses on a Plant Forward Christmas Menu!

Nigerian-born recording artist and musician, Rhyma, joins us in the kitchen and treats us to two performances.

Remember to head on over to our socials to tell us what your favourite meat-free dish is.

Try something different this festive season by making this delicious Peanut Butter and Bean Hummus with Crudites. Traditionally, tahini paste is used to make hummus, but we replaced this with Clover Go Nuts Peanut Butter as it provides a more creamy and nutty flavour.

Indulge in our Cheesy Potato Bake without fear thanks to Citro-Soda. If you prefer spicy food, then add some cayenne pepper and chilies to your potato bake.

It’s time to dust off your favourite party platters because ‘tis the season to #EntertainWithSnacktime with our Bakers Snacktime Harvest Table Grazing Board. Personalise your ingredients according to your taste!

Whether you are having a vegetarian Christmas or not, this Mushroom & Spinach Wellington is the perfect meat-free alternative. Don’t feel restricted, use any vegetables to make this wellington like butternut, carrot, squash etc.

For dessert, enjoy our Lindt White Truffle Panna Cotta. This dessert can either be made in a large glass serving dish or you can make mini Christmas desserts in mini glass bowls or jars.
