Masterclass with Chef Pitso


It’s all about finance-friendly family feasting as cop-turned-culinary expert Pitso Chauke joins us is in the kitchen as we whip up some delicious meals for 6 under R200.
Even the simplest of meals, are more than just food, they’re memories made and shared – and this week, we’re celebrating some of those wonderful memories with a meal that will remind you of home – Rama Morogo, Chicken and Pap.
We’re continuing to colour your plate with the help of Plascon and Chef Dion Vengatass as we make the most scrumptious Lamb Samoosas. 
Chef Pitso Chauke is in the loft as he teaches us the secrets behind his delicious and budget-friendly meal – Beef Stew and Samp. 
Cooking on a budget always forces you to think outside of the box and make dishes that are not only going to give you more, but also feed you more, that is why we have a recipe that is packed full of flavour and is sure to fill up the entire family - Chicken Feet and Butternut.
Our feast would not be complete without a delectable dessert of Clover Vanilla and Cinnamon Custard Dumplings. But we’re not just making one dessert, we’re making two as we whip up Clover Apricot Malva Pudding.
