Lauren-Lee takes the stage

Today Mezzo Soprano Vocalist Lauren-Lee joins us for an exciting pre-Freedom Day masterclass. The Soul R&B singer-songwriter will be performing her single ‘Want Your Love’ as well as Tina Turner’s cover of ‘Simply the Best’.

In the kitchen, we’re working up an appetite with Chef Tumi showing us how to make the perfect Freedom Day dishes – including marinated chops, pasta and potato salad, and delicious peppermint tart cups to finish off the meal.

In 2017, Lauren-Lee joined Woman2Woman along with Felicity Kiran and Anray Amansure. The group gained worldwide attention with their hit-parody of Beyonce’s ‘Irreplaceable’.
