Things are getting spicy in the loft as we are joined by Olympic Chef Dion Vengatass as we whip up some phenomenal curry dishes
For our Curry Master, we will be exploring the different spices and flavours that enhance our curries and make us feel at home. We will also be learning about the origins and significance of curries in South Africa before we get to the cooking.
In the kitchen, we will be cooking up a Cape Malay Classic Curry with some delicious Clover Classic Plain Dairy Snack before we cater for the seafood lovers with our mouthwatering Hake with Green Curry Paste.
