International Youth Day with TikTok Stars

Friday is International Youth Day, and to celebrate we are joined by a select group of South Africa’s most popular Tik Tok Stars: Jessica Mashaba, Neevan Ferris, Chad Jones & Justin de Nobrega!
 
TikTok has an amazing array of quick and fun recipes under the hashtag FoodTok. This first recipe, a Green Goddess Salsa Salad, has been tried, tested and approved by thousands of Millennials and Gen Z’s. It can be enjoyed on its own, with tacos, as a side with protein, or scooped up with tortilla chips.
 
Keep an eye out for the first Excella Young Chef contestant, Kuhlekonke Manzi, as she attempts to cook her way to the grand prize of R15 000 and the title of Excella Young Chef.
