International Tea Day with Marc Lottering

This Saturday is International Tea Day and we’ve got a sensational tea-filled masterclass in honour of the hot drink. The hilarious Marc Lottering joins us in the loft to help out in the kitchen and speak about his latest show, ‘Uncle Marc’.
 
Chef Clem Pedro prepares a delicious Roasted Corn and Chipotle Chowder with West coast Mussels, a dish inspired by Plascon colours that reflect the calmness of the coast.
 
Things get smokey in the kitchen, while Chef Tumi prepares a Tea Smoked Chicken with a Herby Mayo Dressing. Next up on the menu is a Rice Lasagne that will bring the flavours of Italy into your home.
 
Lastly, Tumi shows us how to make a Chai Tea Cake that is the perfect addition to your favourite cup of tea.
 
Outside of the kitchen, Marc Lottering keeps us laughing with a game of ‘Explain that Image’ and a round of ‘Spill the Tea’.
