The cast of "Roer Jou Voete" sing and dance their way into the loft.

It's only been on the air for about a month but is already proving to be a ratings juggernaut. "Roer Jou Voete" on SABC3 is South Africa's new favourite Afrikaans drama about a young man whose life changes when he moves to a small Karoo town. On the couch with us today are main stars Marno van der Merwe and Nicole Fortuin, and they are joined by supporting cast members Busisiwe Mtshali & Nicholas Nkuna. Little do they know what our Afternoon Express presenters have in store for them - a little game that should challenge the guests' "voet" work!

In the kitchen. Claire treats us to two amazing dishes. The first is a delightful hearty meal, a broccoli, sausage and feta frittata - which is sure to impress your family - and the second is an indulgent Lindt recipe you are going to want to give a go as soon as you can, a caramel apple white chocolate crumble cupcake.
