Good Hope FM is Cape Town's most popular radio station and has now been around for 50 years. Invading the loft are 4 mainstays of the station: Guy McDonald, Seano, Sandra Rosenberg and Graeme White who will share their fond memories with the ladies of Afternoon Express.
Also on the show, Beeno presents us with a remarkable story of a one-eyed rescue dog, dietician Kelly Schreuder shows us how to make a rooibos hot toddy and in the kitchen Nicki creates a pear and ginger yogurt cake.
