Episode 52
Veteran actress Lillian Dube and media personality Shado Twala are our guests.
A part of our TV screens for over 20 years, Lillian Dube is synonymous with local television, appearing in several acclaimed series including the long-running drama Soul City and Generations. She's also an advocate for the SADAG - the South African Depression and Anxiety Group, who will also be featured on the show.
Shado Twala, whom we know well from SA's Got Talent, has been in radio and TV for 25 years working for Radio Bop and Cape Talk throughout the 80s and 90s. It doesn't stop there, as she is also a journalist who has written articles for some of the country's major publications.
Also on the show, we look into what goes into running an NGO like the Cape Craft and Design Institute with guest Erica Elk, Aldworth Mbalati talks sustainability and living off the grid, and in the kitchen we get zesty with two fabulous lemon treats - lemon and caramel upside-down cake and lemon mascarpone pots.
