Author Itumeleng Sekhu joins us in the loft to chat about her book 'What Do You See?'
Our guest today is Ithumeleng sekhu, who at the age of only 11 months survived a fire which left her severely scarred.
Through the course of her life she has undergone 100 reconstructive surgeries and today she’s a motivational speaker, and she speaks at schools to inspire young girls to live their purpose despite of their negative circumstance that they might have undergone or their negative circumstance to improve their self-esteem so that they can reach their full potential.
We also check out ‘Children of fire’ South Africa’s first charity dedicated to young burn survivors. They raise money to pay for re-constructive surgery and rehabilitation of these children who would otherwise receive no support.
On Win A Home our design contestants have less than a week left to complete their final challenge – the lounge/dining room. And with Juane being the only design contestant not to have won a challenge so far, she met up with her mentor, Sumien Brink from Visi Magazine, to work out how she’s going to use her last opportunity to wow the judges.
