Nathi performs, and Chris Forrest promotes his new show.

It’s the first official weekend of winter so make a cup of hot chocolate, wrap yourself in a blanket and get ready for some world-class entertainment. First up today we’re joined by guitarist/songwriter, Nathi, who shot to stardom with his song Nomvula, the music video which already has over a million views on youtube. 

We’re also joined by funny-man Chris Forrest, who has a new show out about being a dad, which he calls a ‘clueless dad’s guide to parenting’. We’re also joined again by Steve Attwell, who’s going to share some workout tips and make us a delicious nutriblast. 

And for Win a Home on Afternoon Express, we’re joined by our judge and colour expert, Anne Roselt, to get some colour inspiration for our design contestants’ guest bedroom.
