Episode 223 • 20 April 2016

We're talking 67 Blankets, autism and chicken sliders on today's show.

Today we’re celebrating everything South African. Our first guest is a multi-instrumentalist. His name is Vuyo Katsha and he plays marimba, xylophone, and a host of traditional drums as well and he’s brought some of his unique instruments along with him for a  performance.

We’ll also be chatting to the family of Bram Fischer, the famous lawyer anti-apartheid activist who defended Nelson Mandela and many others in the iconic Rivonia trial. They’re here as ambassadors of the 67 blankets for Mandela Day initiative.

And finally, April is autism awareness month and we’re joined by autism expert, Karla Pretorius to chat about this still very misunderstood condition. In the kitchen with Clem, we're creating nkhuku sliders.
