Afternoon Express chats to some amazing people for International Week for People with Disability.

We walk every day. Some of us in small distances, and others in great distances. But one man has walked QUITE the distance - 1,390kms to be exact - and all for a good cause, as TJ Njozela took a 30 day walk from Johannesburg to Cape Town to raise funds for 30 wheelchairs.

Nicky Abdinor is also with us. Born without arms, she started the charity Nicky's Drive to raise funds so that people can also use a car as she does. Her car is specially designed to suit her needs.

Also on the show, we create maple and pomegranate glazed salmon and Danilo spent a day in a wheelchair.
