On today's Afternoon Express, we have a familiar face in the loft, Pasella's Crystal Donna Roberts who has also made appearances in several local indie films as well as a recurring role on 7de Laan. Veteran stage actor Ivan Abrahams is also in the loft talking to us about his stellar career which ranges from TV to some of the most memorable stage performances such as A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Tempest, King Lear and Macbeth.

Also on the show today, we'l be trying a summery octopus salad with polema, citrus fruit and herbs, our resident dietician Kelly Schreuder is back in the loft with some healthy heart tips, and Korean fried chicken is on the menu.
