We’re changing up the scenery today with Chef G, Head Chef and Co-founder of The Hot Skillet, and Co-Founder of Mosi Smoke & Braaihouse. He’lll be teaching us the art of a modern shisa nyama.
We kick off our culinary journey with a delicious Creamy Mass Mussels Recipe with Farm Bread Slices before diving into some Chicken Lollipos and Creamy Chakalaka Puree.
Chef G will be cooking up a twist on a classic with this flavourful Marula Liquer Infused Sago Pudding and some Clover Chocolate Brownie Pancakes for those with more of a sweet tooth.
Ending it off in style with braai’ed Lamb Cutlets with Blueberry Reduction and Salad.
