Cook-along with Author and Chef Pete Goffe-Wood

It’s all about chicken in the loft as we welcome accomplished Chef and Author Pete Goffe-Wood into the Afternoon Express kitchen as he teaches us how to prepare chicken 3 ways.
 
Our first dish will be Clover Bliss Peri-Peri Drumsticks with Garlic Bread, followed by a divine Stuffed Whole Roast Chicken with Honey Mustard Glaze. Lastly, we have a delectable Chicken Schnitzel served with a delicious Creamy Pepper Sauce.
