This Cook-Along Tuesday on Afternoon Express we receive a masterclass from Israeli-born chef Ofer Hollinger, in celebration of Middle Eastern cuisine. We've also invited pastry chef Sisanda Nkonyeni-Kewuti to join in the fun with Tumi and Pali in the kitchen.
Chef Ofer is the owner of Nish Nush SA which serves the best falafel in Cape Town and other Middle Eastern street food.
