
We’re getting to the root of our food this Cook-Along Tuesday. Our talented chefs Chew-Me and Anele are joined by indigenous food revivalist, Zayaan Khan, who will give a masterclass on fermentation by making labneh, a strained cheese that’s a middle Eastern delicacy. We’re adding the labneh into our snoek pate and serving it with a fermented chilli chakalaka and frikkadels. Topping it all off is a creamy cheesecake infused with the labneh and spekboom!
