Chef Aphelele Dlungana and Chef Dion Vengatass

We’re being treated to a day in the life of a private chef as we are joined by acclaimed Chef Aphelele Dlungana and Chef Dion Vengatass.

We’re starting our day off with Baked Mussels with Harissa and Alioli before our chefs treat us to some delicious Cauliflower Steaks.
