Autumn Masterclass with Vicky Sampson and Nini Schlechter

Legendary vocalist Vicky Sampson and her friend and composer Nini Schlechter join Afternoon Express for an autumnal feast, with a special performance by the ‘Afrikan Dream’ singer.

The pair bring their vocal power to the kitchen, as we whip up wonders, just like this fresh take on the traditional bhajis using broccoli and chickpeas instead of onion. Served with a creamy Clover Classic Mayo Chilli lime dip, it is the ideal midweek snack.

A Simply Chicken Autumn bake is also on the cards as we welcome warm, comforting dishes – but that doesn't mean we can't keep it simple for moms, especially with the Easter holidays right on our doorstep! 

And lastly, nothing says delicious desserts like Poached Plums which are stacked with deep spiced flavours.
