Sushi rice bowl

150g fresh tuna cubed
¼ c soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
2 spring onions, sliced
half an avo, cubed or sliced thinly
half cucumber, sliced into rounds
1 cup sushi rice, cooked to packet instructions
Combine the Tuna, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil. Allow marinating for at least 20 minutes.
Assemble the rice in a bowl, topped with the cucumber slices, avo, marinated tuna and sliced spring onions. Garnish with white or black sesame seeds.
