Sheep Smiley Cape Malay curry stew  and steamed dhombolo

Sheep Smiley stew

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
150g WW chef style carrots, chopped
1 chilli, chopped
1 tin WW chopped tomatoes
5 WW baby potatoes, cubed
1 tbsp WW Mild curry powder
2 tbsp WW tomato paste
2 potatoes, cubed
500ml chicken, beef or veg stock
Shredded sheep meat from the head (smiley)

Saute the chopped onion, garlic and carrots in a dash of oil. Add the chilli, curry powder and tomato paste. Add the chopped tomatoes, potatoes and stock. Season with salt and pepper and allow to simmer. Add in the shredded sheep meat and simmer for the flavours to combine. Serve with steamed bread.
