Savoury mince tartlets

Ingredients
Woolies short crust pastry (frozen)
250g Woolies Lean Beef Mince
1 Medium onion finely chopped
1 Garlic Clove crushed
1 tsp Curry Powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 C Woolies Beef Stock Liquid
Salt & Pepper
1 Tbs Woolies Caramelised Onion Chutney

Topping
1/2 Cup Woolies Plain Yoghurt
1 Tbs Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped

Garnish
A leaf of coriander on each tartlet

Method
1. On a lightly floured surface gently roll a defrosted sheet of shortcrust pastry and cut it into 6-8 rounds then blind bake for 10min.
2 While the tart shells are baking make the filling by brown the mince in a preheated pan on high heat for 2 minutes then reduce the heat to medium and add spices, chopped onion and garlic.
3. Cook this mixture for a further 3 minutes then add the stock and gently simmer the mince until cooked and the stock has reduced into half. Cooking time varies depending on how much mince you're cooking.
4. Season with salt and pepper then add the caramelised onion chutney to thicken the mince sauce and simmer for the last 5 minutes. The mince should be a nice and sticky mixture perfect for a filling and not too dry.
Cool slightly.
5. To assemble the tartlets scoop a spoonful of slightly cooled mince into a tartlet crust.
Dollop with woolies plain yoghurt mixed with chopped fresh coriander.
Garnish with 1 coriander leaf over each tartlet.
