Meatballs in Smokey tomato sauce

Ingredients:
500g Woolworths lean beef mince
100g Swiss chard, chopped
2 carrots, grated
2 baby marrows, grated
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

For the smoky tomato sauce:
1 tin Woolworths Tomato and onion mix
2 baby marrows, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp smoked paprika
2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper for seasoning

Potatoes, cubed and oven baked till crispy

Mix together the meatball ingredients and form into meatballs. Fry over low heat until browned. Mix together the smoky tomato sauce ingredients and pour over the meatballs. Allow meatballs to cook in the sauce until tender.

Serve the meatballs with the sauce over crispy potato cubes
