
Lunch snack ideas with Woolies Chilly Tumbler

1 orange, peeled and white parts and pits removed
1 large carrot, scrubbed, coarsely chopped
½ cup papaya chunks
⅔ cup coconut water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¾ teaspoon finely grated peeled ginger
1½ teaspoons fresh turmeric
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of kosher salt
Blits all ingredients together.
