Ginger Miso ramen bowl

X1 500g Woolworths Ginger Miso Broth
1 packet ramen noodles (or a similar looking noodle), cooked
3 cloves garlic, minced
120g pack Shitake mushrooms, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 eggs, soft boiled (runny centre)
Spring onion thinly sliced, at a slant
Add the Woolworths Ginger Miso broth to a saucepan and heat up.
In a saucepan, add a dash of oil and add the garlic and mushrooms. Allow to brown and then add the carrots and the soy sauce. Cook for a minute then add the spinach.
To assemble the bowl. Pour some of the heated broth into the bowl and add some of the cooked noodles. Then add a ladle of the mushrooms, carrot and spinach mixture to the broth. Add a squeeze of fresh lime. Top with the soft boiled egg halves and a garnish of spring onions.
