Chocolate brownie layered dessert

Woolies brownies, crumbled

Cream cheese layer:
½ cup cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
½ cup Whipping cream

Simple chocolate sauce:
½ cup coconut cream
¼ cacao powder
2T maple flavoured syrup
2T Coconut oil

Instant chocolate pudding layer:

90g Instant chocolate pudding mix
450ml full cream milk

For the cream cheese layer

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy
  2. Gradually add the icing sugar until all is incorporated
  3. In another bowl whip the cream to soft peaks – Fold the cream into the cream cheese mixture – set aside

For the instant pudding layer

  1. Pour the chilled milk into a mixing bowl, add the content of the instant pudding to the milk.
  2. Using an electric beater, beat until well combined
  3. Place in piping bag and set aside

For the Chocolate sauce

  1. Place the coconut cream, cacao powder, maple flavoured syrup in a small pot. Melt over very low heat
  2. Once it’s smooth and creamy, turn off the heat and stir in the coconut oil. Mix until shiny and smooth

To assemble the dish

  1. In a dessert, glass start by layering with brownie, followed by the cream cheese layer and instant pudding and place in the fridge to set for 2hours
  2. Once it’s set layer with a final layer of cream cheese and top with some crumbled brownie and chocolate sauce.
