Chicken, spinach and potato bake

4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced and browned
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 chicken breast, sliced and browned
200g spinach, wilted
4 baby marrows, sliced
1 or 2 cups cream
Salt and pepper for seasoning
1 tsp nutmeg
Grated mature cheddar cheese for the topping
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a greased oven dish, start with a layer of potatoes. Next, add a layer of onions and garlic. Dot with the butter, then add some of the browned chicken, spinach and baby marrow slices.
Give it a good seasoning of salt, pepper and nutmeg and keep layering until all the ingredients are used up.
Pour over the cream and top with grated cheese. Bake in oven until the potatoes are cooked through.
