Veggie sesame noodles

Veggie sesame noodles

3T canola oil

4 cloves garlic, finely sliced
5cm piece of ginger, finely grated
2 red chillis, finely chopped
230g Woolworths tenderstem broccoli, lightly blanched
2 large carrots, julienned or cut into ribbons
1 baby red cabbage, finely shredded
3T white sesame seeds
125ml Easy to Wok - honey, soy and ginger stir fry sauce
170g Woolies Medium rice noodles, prepared as instructed


To garnish
Freshly chopped coriander
Finely sliced spring onion
1 red chilli, finely sliced
1 leek, cut into strips and crispy fried in canola oil


Heat the oil over a high heat before adding the garlic, ginger and chilli. Stir to combine the ingredients then add the broccoli, carrots and cabbage, stir fry for 1 minute before adding easy to wok sauce and tossing through. Add the noodles and continue tossing until all the noodles are coated in the sauce.
Divide into serving bowls and top with the coriander, spring onions, chilli and a crispy topping of fried leeks.
