Veggie based festive spread

For the roasted spicy chickpeas:
1 x 400g can chick peas drained and rinsed
2T extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2t cayenne pepper
360g Woolies hummus
150g Woolies baba ganoush
Woolies turmeric and chilli cauli florets
4T parsley roughly chopped
Woolies heat and eat Mediterranean flat breads

Ensure that the chickpeas are as dry as possible before coating them in the olive and seasoning in with the salt, pepper, lemon zest and finally some spicy cayenne pepper. Add to a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Spread the hummus over a serving platter before adding spoonfuls of the baba ganoush and spicy cauliflower. Scatter the crispy chickpeas over the dish before garnishing with freshly chopped parsley, served with warm flatbreads and wedges of lemon on the side.
