Vegetable Quiche With NutriDay

Try this recipe for the kids with NutriDay!
Vegetable quiche with NutriDay plain yoghurt:

½ cup plain flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons water
1 Egg
1 Carrot
2 tablespoons Cream
4-6 baby Tomatoes
¼ wheel Feta Cheese
2 tablespoons grated Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper for seasoning

OVEN: 200 Deg
Preparation time: 30 Min
Cooking time: 15-20
MinStep 1: Pre-heat oven to 200ºC
Step 2: Sift the flour in a bowl and add butter
Step 3: Rub together with your fingertips until the mixture become fine like breadcrumbs
Step 4: Add in water, ½ tablespoon at a time & bring together with your hands to make a dough ball
Step 5: Lightly knead on a floured surface and roll out
Step 6: Press gently into silver foil, bringing the sides up gentlyIn a small bowl
Step 7: Grate cheese, and mix together with chopped tomato and feta
Step 8: Grate carrot and add to mixture
Step 9: Add egg and cream into small jug and beat with a fork. Add a tiny pinch of salt and pepper to season
Step 10: Pour egg mixture evenly into silver foil and bake for 15 minutes, until risen and browned
