Ultimate Quorn Vegan Burger

X2 Quorn Vegan Hot & Spicy burgers
x1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1 T oregano
Butter lettuce
Onion rings, fried
Burger Buns

Heat a dash of oil in a pan. Cook the Quorn Vegan Hot & Spicy burgers for a few minutes on each side. Once cooked, set aside.
Make the tomato relish by heating a teaspoon of oil in a saucepan. Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic, sugar and vinegar. Season with oregano, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes.
Assemble the burger by placing the lettuce on the bottom of a burger bun. Add the Quorn Vegan Hot & Spicy burger. Top with the tomato relish and add the fried onion rings. Top off with the other burger bun and enjoy.
