
Tropika Zesty Daiquiri
Ingredients:
Zest and juice of 2-3 lemons
Zest and juice of 1-2 limes
2-3 cups water
x1 Tropika Pina Colada
Lemon and lime sliced
Fresh mint
1 cup Tropika Cool Red
Method:
Mix together the zest and juice of the lemons and limes with the water and allow to freeze. Crush the zesty ice with leaves of fresh mint. Add a cup of the crushed ice to a blender, along with the 1 cup Tropika Cool red and blitz it up until it becomes slushy like. Pour halfway into serving glass. Top up with more of the zesty crushed ice and a few slices of lemon and lime. Pour in the Tropika Pina Colada and garnish with a mint leave and lemon slice on top.
