Tropika Pina colada slushy

1 can pineapple, decanted and frozen
1 cup coconut milk
¼ coconut sugar/ castor sugar
1 cup Tropika pineapple
½ cup ice
2 sprigs mint, picked
mint and fresh pineapple to garnish

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
Pour into cocktail glasses. Garnish with fresh mint and pineapple.
