Tortilla burger stack

X1 pack tortilla wrap
Grated cheese
500g beef mince, seasoned and shaped into a large patty
Cheese slices
Iceberg lettuce, shredded
1-2 carrots, julienned
1 red pepper, julienned
2-3 baby cucumber, sliced into discs
For the sauce
WW burger mayo
2-3 gherkins, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
Mix everything together to form a chunky sauce
Place a tortilla wrap on the bottom of a preheated pan. Scatter over some grated cheese, than add another tortilla wrap. Toast on both sides and set aside. 
Add the beef mince to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika, egg and breadcrumbs. Mix well together and place on a flat surface. Divide the mixture into half. Shape each half into a patty, large enough to fit the size of a tortilla wrap. Pan fry until cooked to your liking. 
Before removing the patty from the pan, add the cheese slices and cover the pan with a lid, to melt the cheese slightly. Set aside. 
To assmeble: 
Place a cheesy tortilla wrap at the bottom of a serving dish. Top with shredded ice berg lettuce. Add one cooked burger and cheese patty. Layer the jullienned carrots, peppers and cucumbers. Top with a generous drizzle of the chunky burger sauce. Layer another cheesy wrap and repeat. Finish off with a cheesy tortilla and cut into serving portions
