4 Halaal spicy burgers
½ cup smoky BBQ marinade
4 slices red Leicester with black pepper
4 Ultimate hamburger buns, toasted
1 ripe avo, cut into 4 then thinly sliced to fan out

for the spicy slaw
¼ red or white cabbage, thinly shredded
¾ cup French style mayonnaise
4T jalapeno atchar, 4T extra
1 carrot, finely grated

Heat a griddle pan over a medium high heat before adding the patties and cooking for about 2-3 minutes a side before glazing with the smoky BBQ marinade.
Before taking off the heat add the slice of cheese to melt over the patty.

While the burgers are cooking prepare the spicy slaw by simply combining the shredded cabbage with the mayo, 4T jalapeno atchar and carrots, mix to combine. Add some of the slaw to the bottom of the toasted bun, followed by the patty. Add more of the jalapeno atchar and finish with the top of the bun before serving.
