The Big D burger

1 Drakensburg burger patty, or any other thick Woolies burger patty
about ¼ cup Smokey BBQ Marinade
1 thick ring of pineapple
35g chorizo slices
1t cayenne pepper
2 Woolies Presliced Emmental Cheese slices
1 ultimate burger bun, toasted
about 2T Woolies burger mayo
lettuce to serve
thick sliced tomatoes to serve
1 large pickle

Heat a griddle pan over a medium high heat. Add the burger patty and begin cooking. Cook for 2-3 minute before turning over and cooking the other side in the same manner. Glaze both sides with the BBQ sauce.
Sprinkle some cayenne pepper over the pineapple and add to the grill as well as the chorizo to heat through. Add the chorizo to the burger and top with the sliced cheese allowing it to melt slightly.
Turn the pineapple over and grill on the other side.
To build the burger add some burger mayo to the base of the toasted burger, add the lettuce then cheese followed by the burger patty. Add the pineapple followed by more burger mayo and the top of the bun.
Secure the burger with a skewered pickle.
