INGREDIENTS: 1 packet Tagliatelle Pasta 1 cup Cream 4 Eggs 1 pack of bacon 1 bulb Garlic (whole) Chives Parmesan grated finely
METHOD: Preheated oven to 200’C. Once heated, take one bulb of garlic and coat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil before wrapping in aluminum foil and roasting in the oven for 40 min. Place bacon on an oven tray and place in the oven until crispy. Drain excess fat on paper towel and chop to the desired size. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook pasta according to pack instructions. While the pasta cooks whisk together your eggs and cream. Remove garlic from the oven and chop. Once pasta is cooked, drain it and put it into a pre-heated pan with the chopped roasted garlic and cream/egg mixture till thickened and egg cooked. To plate up Layer pasta, bacon and parmesan repeatedly and garnish with cut chives.
