
Super M Winter warmer pudding
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 cup flour
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup Super M vanilla
1 tsp bicarb
2 tbsp apricot jam
¼ tsp vinegar
Preheat the oven to 180. Beat together the egg and sugar until light and creamy. Sift in the flour and add in the melted butter and fold into the mixture. Dissolve the bicarb with the Super M and add it to the batter. Mix togethr the jam and vinegar and then fold it into the batter very gently, until just mixed.
Scoop the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve with warm custard.
