Spicy Ostrich, caramelized and brie mini pita braaibroodtjies

Woolies mini pita bread

300g Woolies sweet chilli ostrich steaks, cooked according to package instructions and thinly sliced
125g Woolies brie cheese, sliced
Woolies Emmental cheese, sliced
Woolies onion chutney
Woolies tomato & jalapeno relish
Sliced pickled jalapenos

To Serve:
Woolies Bulk Farmstyle braai boerewors
Fresh Herb salad

Carefully butterfly the mini pita’s before layering with some of the cooked and thinly sliced ostrich, 2 slices of brie and emmental cheese.

Spread about 2 teaspoons of onion chutney and relish over, top with a few sliced jalapenos and close the pita bread.
Heat a greased griddle pan and fry on both sides or grill over the braai until beautifully charred and the cheese has melted
Serve with woolies bulk farmstyle braai boerewors and fresh herb salad
