
Spicy chicken pot

Makes: 6-8 servings

Ingredients
whole chicken,cut into 8 pieces
400ml tomato sauce
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, chopped
3 large potatoes, cut into large cubes
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more if you prefer)
Oil
Method
Pour some oil in your pot and fry the chicken until light browned
Remove the chicken and brown the onions
Place the chicken back in the pot and add all the other ingredients except the potatoes
Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes
Add the potatoes and cook for another 40 minutes to an hour
Keep an eye on the dish as there is a lot of sugar in tomato sauce that can burn easily.
Once cooked, serve and enjoy.
