
Spiced Christmas Berry and Rose Punch

Makes: 6 Cups

2 cups Pomegranate juice, chilled
1 cup Cranberry juice, chilled
2 cups Sparkling Sabrosa strawberry lemonade, chilled
1 cup Sparkling water, chilled
2 teaspoons Rose water
5 Star anise, whole
5 Cinnamon quills
¼ cup Strawberry and mint flavoured syrup
To serve
Mint leaves: A handful
Pomegranate rubies: A handful
Combine the pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, Sabrosa strawberry lemonade,
sparkling water, rose water, spices and the strawberry and mint flavoured syrup in
a punch bowl and gently mix to combine.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and top with the Christmas punch.
Serve garnished with mint leaves and fresh pomegranate rubies.
