Speedy pork meatballs with penne

500g Traditional Pork Bangers (8bangers)  
1 Large Onion roughly chopped
1 Medium Yellow Pepper diced
2 Medium Baby Marrow diced
2 Cloves Garlic crushed
1 t Paprika
1/2 t chilli flakes
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1 t fresh sage chopped
1/2 t oregano dried
2 Fresh Tomatoes chopped
1 Can Woolies Chopped Tomatoes
1 woolies chicken stock cube dissolved in 1 1/2 Cup Hot Water
Salt 'n Pepper
1 t Sugar
2 T Woolies Jalapeno Chutney heapead

1. With slightly wet hands squeeze 3 meatballs from each banger then brown the meatballs in high heat about 2 minutes each side. Keep aside covered.
2. Reduce the heat to medium, then in the same oil add onion, yellow pepper, zucchini and crushed garlic. Saute for 10 minutes until the onion mixture has softened.
3. Now add spices, paprika, chilli flakes and cayenne pepper. Cook this mixture until the spices become fragrant about a minute.
3. Lastly add tomatoes, sage, oregano fresh tomatoes, canned tomatoes and stock liquid. Simmer for a good 30 minutes until reduced into a chunky sauce.
4. Taste, then add salt, pepper & sugar along with jalapeno chutney for a bit of sweetness & kick.
Serve over Spaghetti or any Pasta of your choice and a good sprinkle of chopped parsley basil.
